Hello Heather, unfortunately we do not offer laparoscopic spay procedures here. Most general practices do not. I recommend a consultation with a surgical specialist at one of the local specialty hospitals for that procedure. I believe VCA West Los Angeles performs laparoscopic spay procedures.
